window balance

One of my window balances has failed.

It is stamped B.S.I. 22C

The metal length of the balance is 23"

Do you stock this balance and what is the cost.

Hi, Mike. This is S390-23. You'll want the 2230 stamp option.

Thank you - I have determined that I need 2 of the S390-23 with the 2230 stamp option. Thanks for your help. However, when pulling the window, I found that one of the guides was damaged and will need to be replaced also.
Attached is a picture of the undamaged guide.

This looks like our 18-166 top sash guide. Just be sure to look over the dimensions to be sure.
