Good evening. Can you please help me to find the right window balance for my windows?
I need six balance. I include the window size with a vinyl frame and single template glass to calculate the weight.50" 1/2 x 30"

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-29 or S385-29 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2830 spring strength options for your replacement balances.

S380 will be the right part.
Can you tell me how to calculate the window wight? because in my first order that I place a couple of years ago, the windows are difficult to open (heavy)

The 28C stamp shown in your photos would correlate to our 2830 strength option to support a sash weighing between 16 and 23 lbs. If you think that might not be enough tension. you are welcome to weigh your sash to compare to the chart under the S380-29 product description to confirm that you choose the correct option. You'd just need to remove the window sash from the frame and weigh it on a standard bathroom scale.
