Hi....these are pictures of a good balance.  I have another that broke.  Length of Aluminum is 24.5".  Length of whole piece including bottom holder is approx 26".   Piece says 25C L05 CMC1.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I think we can help with this balance assembly, but there are a few details I'm uncertain about. To start, can you confirm the length of the metal channel? Having it end on a 1/2" increment is irregular. Can you also show me the metal clip or hook at the end of the cord at the top? Finally, how many of these did you need?

Full length of the metal piece is 24.5".  Add on plastic at bottom and it is 26".  See additional pics of the measurement.  I only need one piece but if we think it is irregular, maybe I should buy 2 just so we're at least balanced on each side.   Top of cord picture attached too.
Thanks for your help.

Thank you! I appreciate you checking these details. Please give us a little more time to verify the availability of this size and we'll get back to you ASAP.

Hey there, maybe I can help. I'm very familiar with your older style balance configuration.

So, we can't supply this exact balance, but our Series  795 should work in the same capacity. Ours aren't made to the same size as your original, but that actually works to our benefit; there is a difference in length between your old T lock shoe and the 15-195 that comes with our balance assembly. That means if you were to order our 24" long Series 795, it will add up to about the same overall length as your original (not just the metal channel, this includes the shoe). I believe it will work without alteration.

You should still weigh your sash just to be sure that the stamp option you select is correct, but otherwise I believe this is the best option we can provide for your particular window.
