the window says comfort worlk on the lock , it is a coil balance, the window sash is 32 wide x 22 height

Thanks for posting. This looks like a 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 152 Coil Balance springs sold separately. See the video below that details how to choose the right spring weight for the replacement system. Let me know if you have questions.
