i need a new set of window blancers, from what I have learned that this type is no longer made. Is there any replacment part for this?

Hello there. Can you tell us the diameter of the spring? That should tell us what you can use to replace this crossbow balance.

The outer diameter is 1/2 inch and the inner diameter is about 3/8.

If the spring diameter is 1/2", then you can use our Series 795 Channel Balance as a replacement. The video below shows how.
