Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. Can you show us a photo of the inside of the balance's metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel. Your balance appears to be damaged so you'll have to use an undamaged version as a reference.

Can you also measure an undamaged bottom shoe as shown below and tell us what you get?

Thank you for the additional photos! Based on what I see here and your shoe is 1" deep, I recommend the S380-26. Your 25 9 stamp is from an older rating system so it doesn't match up with any of our options. The 34 number in your stamp may indicate the sash weight. If so, you can select the 2570 stamp option for your replacements. A pair of balances with this stamp will support a sash weighing 33 to 36 pounds.
