window balance coil system

Question

need to replace balance,
"white Metal" cam broke,
no identifying weight marked on balance.
sash is approx. 18" x 24" vinyl sash with insulated glass.

You can use our 15-177 coil balance shoe as a replacement. If you need the coil as well, you can go for the S152 along with the 15-143 bushing, 15-144 bushing cap, and the 15-145 coil support. Let me know if there's anything else I can help with!
