The shoe in your coil assembly is the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. It is used with the Series 190 Coil Balance, which are attached using the 33-073 screw. Since yours are marked with a 6, you'll need the S190-640.

The coils are anchored to the window jamb using the 15-186 Coil Balance Clip and 15-182 Coil Bushing.
