window balance - possibly a constant force balance system part

A landlord from Virginia says:
I was told that the window balances are needing replaced in several windows. There is the number 640 stamped on the coil. A few years ago, we found the serial number and name, but it looks blurry in the pictures. Maybe if you know the brand, you can recognize it, even if blurry. Unfortunately, I can't find a picture of the balance installed.

Bob from SWISCO responded:

This appears to be a 15-180 Balance Shoe, which uses Series 190 Coil Springs. A spring stamped 640 means you need our S190-640 6 pound spring. Let me know if you have further questions!
