window balance and bottom seal

Question

I Have in my cart S380-30 and S380-35 but my plastic piece at bottom of the balance measures 7/8 not one inch and I read some comments that I may need 029 (from Memory) on bottom and you have to make up. Please let me know about this. Also the bottom `Bubble Seal", please see photo, is not exactly like what I see on website. On mine I do not see a `neck' to the piece. The `bubble' appears to sit on about 3/16" strip. What is dimension of the `neck' on your piece and do you have others?

Your bubble seal does look like our 58-135 as long as the dimensions match up to yours. I wouldn't worry too much about the neck since it is a slight difference that shouldn't interfere as long as the other specifications are the same. If you need new top sash guides as well, see our 18-161.

As for your balances, we'd be happy to have them custom made with our 15-029 bottom attachment, but we'll need to know the stamps on your 30" and 35" balance channels, as well as the quantities you'd like to order of each. Thank you!
