I would like some help in ordering 2(two) replacement balancer for my windows. Checking your page featuring window balancers, I think that item S380 - 2875 would fit the bill. Please advise.

Hello,
It looks like you need the S380-29, which uses the 15-005 bottom shoe with a depth of 1". The markings on your old balances are 28B which would correlate to our (2820) option for a sash weighing between 12-16 lbs.
