I can't be sure with the hardware still installed but what I can see reminds me of the 15-087 housing pivot shown below, which would use the S180 coil springs, 15-086 tandem housing, and 16-024 mounting bracket. I would recommend removing your balance assembly from the window to confirm that the specifications of our parts match up to yours. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else. Thank you!
