I'll tell you what I don't know: your Series. You can use this guide to compare your plastic ends to our selection and figure out which Series you have. Alternately, send photos of both ends.
What I do know is this: you probably need a 24" balance, which you can verify by measuring the metal bar by itself, and you probably need a 2340 option, which can be verified by weighing your window sash and comparing to the chart on the item webpage for whichever balance you end up selecting. See if your window falls within the weight range that the 2340 can carry.
