Thanks for posting. I'm confident we can help, but we need more information. First, can you confirm the metal channel length? Do not include any attachments or clips in this measurement; just measure the metal channel. Next, is this a tilt or non-tilt window? Assuming it is a tilt window, can you show me clear pictures of whatever clip or hook is at the bottom of the balance? Can you also show me how the balance attaches to the top of the window track? We'll do our best to narrow down what you need from there.

The only major difference is the design of the shoe. Yours has a hole straight through the cam, which means this is an "open cam" style. The Series 795 only comes with a closed cam by default. Therefore I recommend purchasing our open cam 15-195B separately. They can be swapped very easily.
