window balances

Question

These Andersen or Pella windows are about 20 years, and it has the flexible, vinyl jamb inserts. Can you determine which these are and how to remove and replace?

Unfortunately, the 15-104 Caradco friction shoe is the only part of these jamb liner balance assemblies that we can replace. I would recommend reaching out to a local millwork that mya be able to supply new jamb liners if you need all of the necessary hardware replaced. I'm sorry that we won't be able to offer more assistance with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
