Thanks for reaching out! There is a strong possibility we can supply the replacement balances you need. Although, I'll need to see a photo of the bottom attachment to determine the correct match.
Your tilt latches reminds me of either the 26-393A or the 26-393B. To determine if either of these are a match, you'll need to compare their dimensions and design. You'll notice the 26-393B has a peanut-shaped nub on the side of it.
You have the Series 795 Channel Balance. Since yours are 27" in length, you'll need the S795-27. I believe our 27C stamp will work in place of your 26-3 stamp but it would be a good idea to double check that you sash weight falls between 17 to 22lbs.
The shoe appears to be a 15-195B 1-1/4" open cam shoe. It is sold separately from the balance but they are fairly easy to swap out with the shoe that comes assembled on the balance.
