Thanks for reaching out to us. You have two options based on what I see here. One option is our 15-192 CertainTeed pivot shoe which is used with the S170 and S171 coil springs. Just note, the bumps on the front of the face will likely need to be shaved down so the pivot shoe can fit in the window track. 

The other option is the 15-259. The Series 159 coil springs are designed to be used with this pivot shoe and we even have a video that details the replacement process. Take a look and see what you think.
