Thanks for your post! The stamp from the balances tells us the weight range they may be able to support but they do no help to identify the series, unfortunately. I'll need to see clear photos of the top and bottom attachments on the balance. 

I'll also need to see a photo of the piece connecting the spring and the cord (string) inside the balance.

Thanks for the additional photos. You have either the S380-26 or the S385-26. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to confirm the depth of the shoe.

Our 2540 stamp will support a sash weighing 19 to 25lbs.
