Thanks for your post! We do not have an exact replacement for this shoe but our 15-046 Pivot Shoe should work to replacement. Compare the width and thickness to determine if it might be a fit in the window track.

The tilt latch reminds me of the 26-243 and 26-244 Tilt Window Latches. If the dimensions are not a match, I'll need to know the length, width, and height of your latch.
