What bracket to choose for window channel?

Hi, I am not sure which window channel to order. My broken on is a 27" length x1/2" wide channel with the numbers 2630 bsi printed on the back. From your website, it looks like there are a couple of channels that have similar top and bottom brackets. I will attach a couple of photos of the brackets, and I hope you can tell me which to order. If it is the wrong one, are they returnable/exchangeable?

I would appreciate your help figuring out which replacement to purchase.

Thanks for posting! Before I can offer an applicable replacement for this channel balance, I just need to know a bit more information about the bottom attachment. Please take a look at our 15-004 and 15-005 channel balance shoes, and note their depths. As you can see, they are 1-3/32" deep and 1" deep, respectively. Which one more closely matches your own bottom attachment?
