window channel

need new spring for my window and not sure which one, the only number on our channel is 26-4 EA2 CMC 12

Your "26-4" stamp tells me that you need a 27" channel balance with a 2640 stamp option. To complete your order, identify the Series of your balance using our channel balance identifier, or send us two photos showing both ends of the balance.
