Window Balance 20 3 ER Caldwell

my name is Homer I need to buy 4 window channel balance, is a 1/2 inch rail, 21" long, the balance top looks like your web side no. 19-005 , and the balance shoe is like 15-003 , I did talk to one of your representative, he asked to send with the pictures, here enclosed the pictures for you. My old channel balance has the number on it ( 20 3 ER Caldwell )

Thanks for posting, Homer. Can you confirm the depth of your bottom shoe? Your measurement reads 15/16", but eyeballing it I feel like it might be a little bigger. If it's over 1", I'd recommend our S385-21 channel balance. If you are confident it's 15/16", I recommend our S380-21 instead.
