window channel balance

Thanks for writing in! The replacement balances you need are either the S380-26 with a 1" shoe or the S385-26 with a 1-3/32" shoe. The metal channel of these balances are 26", so I would be be sure to double check the measurement you've confirmed. If they are truly 25-13/16", these balances will not work to replace yours.

To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Let me know if it does not match either measurement.
