window channel balance Caldwell 20 5 GQ - 21" channel

A home owner from Hillsboro, OR 97124 says:

I need to replace two of these window balances on a non-tilting window. Channel length is 21". Window is Milgard, installed in 1998. Please help in identifying this part.

Hi Margaret. It looks like you have either our S380-21 or S385-21. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. For a new stamp option choose 2050.
