window channel balance part identification

Question

Hi i am looking for a replacement channel balance for the channel balance in the picture. Dimensions are 28 inches long (not including the plastic parts at the end) and channel with is 1/2 inch wide. It may be hard to tell in the picture, but it has a stamped number or 2720sp i believe. the following model number is on a sticker on the window: series 520 aama/nwwda 101/i.s. 2-97 h-c30-54x96.

Thanks for posting. Take a look at either our S380-28 or S385-28 Channel Balances. The only difference between these two Series is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. With the Series 380 the depth of this nylon shoe is 1", whereas with the Series 385 it is 1-3/32". Compare with your own and see what is best.

Once you know what balance to select, you must choose a stamp option. Your stamp option of 2720 is for a window sash in the weight range of 9 through 13 lbs. Let us know if you have any questions.
