window channel balance replacement

Hello, in need of replacement window channel balance because one broke again. the Stamp on the Channel balance is ( 25 4 FV CMC 2) please advise thank you Sue

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-26 or S385-26 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2540 spring strength options for your replacement balances. Thanks for posting!
