window channel balancer

A home owner from California says:
I need a little help finding the right part the channel is 26 inches long I sent pics of the end guides .When I measured the channel it was half inch on one side and the side where you see the spring is 5/8 the closest I came to a part was S380-26
I found no numbers or markings on the old channels so I hope you can help me.
I would like to order 2 to replace the damaged ones I have. I look forward to your reply...

Thanks, Rob

Tom from SWISCO responded:
This could either be our S380-26 or the S385-26, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. You will need to measure your shoe to confirm. If there are no stamps or markings on the balance, you will also need to weigh your sash to confirm the best option.
