window channel for tilt window

Question

looking for a channel balance with # 26C RC RSI. This is what's on the Channel

Also looking for the pivot shoe that goes with it. I've seen one on your website that looks like part # 15-194 just not sure if its 1" or 1 1/4". it looks like the 1".

Please provide the part# so I could place it on order from you.

Hello! I'm afraid that stamp doesn't tell me exactly what balance you have. We sell dozens of product with that marking. It's only indicative of spring strength.

That said, if your balance uses the 15-194 shoe, then odds are it's our Series 795. Look this product over and see what you think. Note that this comes with the 1-1/4" shoe by default, so if that's in doubt then you need to measure your original to be sure.
