We can supply a Series 795 balance with a top hook, but it would have to be a custom order. Before we go any further, can you kindly tell me the width of the bottom "T" lock shoe? It should be either 1" wide or 1-1/4" wide.

Can you also show me a photo of the hole in the window frame where the hook installs?

I sent photos on Friday 1/23/2026 showing hook, hole for hook and both ends of the 33" channel assebly that I require
Did you receive the photos as well as the t slot measurement you asked for which is 1/14"

Thanks! This is an older style of our Series 795 but with a hook at the top instead of a screw. The good news is, thanks to the shape of the hole, you can still use our Series 795 as long as you purchase the 26-200 screw plug separately. The video below will clarify what you must do.
