I included several photos of the window channel I have. I can't seem to find or determine the correct one to order. I hope you guys can assist.
The original part is 26" for the window channel. I measured using your how to guidelines. The part is 22 years old so I doubt it's the same. The label or part number printed on the channel I have says 25 3 GU CMC 2

Hey there, thanks for writing in! In regard to your balances, it looks like you have either the S380-26 with a 1" shoe or the S385-26 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe.
You'll need to select the 2530 stamp.
Your top sash guide reminds me of our 18-171 Alpine top sash guide. To confirm that this is the correct replacement, carefully compare your top sash guide to the measurements below. I am confident this is the replacement you'll need.
