window channel and balances

Question

Question 1 - My measurement of the channel is 27" . I don't know how to read the stamp on the channel, which reads " 26-5 1X CMC 7. Should I use my measurement of 27".

Question 2 - There is no Stamp weight on the balances. The window is approx 29X33 Double pane. Can you tell me which weight to order.

Question 3 - Please confirm that the S351-27 is the correct order.

Thanks for posting. A stamp of 26-5 usually corresponds to our 2650 option, but you can always weigh your sash on a scale to confirm. As for the Series itself, I cannot confirm if you have our Series 351 or Series 390 instead. You will need to carefully measure your shoe to determine which is the better match.
