Hi, I have ANSI/AAMA 101-85 DH R30; DH C30 window, the bottom window has a minor broken on the lower left corner. I would like to buy the lower portion window and the Sash Cam and channel balance. If you have any idea, how can I get such window order or replacement, I would appreciate that. Any dimension or diagram of such window, it will be helpful, too. Thanks a lot.

I'm afraid we aren't able to help you with this project. For a broken pane like you show here, I recommend contacting a local glass shop. They should be able to set you up with a new pane entirely.
