window coil balance

Thanks for posting. I believe the pivot shoe is our 15-199. This shoe works with either 1/2" thick Series 160 Coil Balances, as well as 3/8" thick Series 165 Coil Balances. You will need to remove your existing assembly and measure the thickness of the coil springs to confirm which Series you need. Also please confirm how many springs are on each side of the window, and show me any stamps on those springs. We should be able to narrow everything down from there.
