window coil balance replacement

Hello,
I need some assistance in find the right part for my window. it is not holding when lifting up or down. it just keep sliding down. i'm not sure the size and dimension of the coil and the parts for it. i can't find any other sticker besides the picture i have attached.

This looks like a 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which uses our Series 152 Coil Springs. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Can you let me know the part numbers of each items and what would the cost?

Click on the link 15-177 to see the 15-177. For the Series 152 springs, you'll need to look for stamps on your old springs to see what spring weights you need; if there are none or you are uncertain, give us the exact weight of your window sash and we'll work out the weights you need.
