We can help replace this old block and tackle rod balance with a more modern tilt window channel balance; but we need to see a picture of whatever hook, shoe or attachment is at the bottom of this balance. From there, we can identify the right replacement for you. Many thanks.

Thanks for the reply. Perfect, this is exactly what I needed to see. See our Series 770 Channel Balance. Measure the length of your old rod balance to know what length to select. You will need the exact weight of your window sash to choose the right stamp option. If you need a new pivot shoe as well, it might be our 15-129, but look it over and see what you think.
