window crak out handle for casement window with shaft

Question

sirs please help me identify and locate this window crank out handle. The difference between this one and others is the fact that this one has hexagon shaft built into the handle as opposed to being attached to thje operator itself.
The shaft measures .25 inches diameter and .39 inches long.
I belive it might be made by Andersen window in the 70.s some time but they could not identify it.

Thanks for posting. Unfortunately, this operator has been discontinued and is no longer available. The closest matches we have is our 39-389 or 39-390, depending on the size. You may also need a new handle in our 39-286. However I cannot guarantee that this hardware can replace this older part.
