Hello,
I am looking to replace our old and nonfunctioning window cranks, but I have now idea which window crank to order. The long arm measures 8" and the shorter arm measures 5 1/2" . The cranks that need replacing operate a window that opens on left.
Thank you!

Hello,
Thanks for posting! Your window crank is older style operator that is no longer made. The good news is, I believe our 39-028E Ellipse Style Single Arm Operator could work as a replacement. To determine if this is the right fit, take a look over the dimensions below and compare them. The opposite handed version is the 39-027E.
The compatible crank handle is the 39-114L.

Thank you for your response. I can try the window cranky recommended on one of our widows and see how it works. I saw that the "roller" at the end of the arm measures 9/16" and the roller on ours measures 1/2". Would I need a some kind of replacement track as well? I see that there is something called a Casement operator track, but I'm not sure that's what I need.
Thanks!
Thanks!

The 1/2" measurement from your arm is fairly close to the 9/16" measurement on ours. It is likely your existing track could still work but the 39-533 11-3/8" track, tagged below, would be the compatible track for these operators.
