I'm not sure what to recommend. Is there any way we can see the operator out of the window? I'd especially like to see the link and gear arms, and the installation hole pattern. In the meantime, there are two operators that come to mind: our 39-061 and the newer Silverline 39-025. Look to see if either of these are the operators you are looking for.

This awning window operator looks very similar in design to our 39-312. We also carry this style with much shorter legs in the form of our 39-453. Look these products over and see how well they compare to your old part.
