I think this is bf rich single hung window..need parts..see pictures..

Hi there. We don't make this old crossbow balance, but it can be replaced with our Series 795 Channel Balance. Watch the video below for details. As far as your Tilt Latch goes, it's tough to say without seeing it removed from the window, but this might be our 26-243 and 26-244. Take a look and see if these are what you need.
