window is very difficult to open

photos show what it looks like the balance from a single hung window. need advice on replacement part and link to video on how to replace

length of the aluminum part in the balance is 21"

Thanks for posting. Take a look at either our S380-21 or S385-21. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2030.
