window isnt staying up

Question

The window wasn't staying up so I took out one of the sides and it looks like some of the parts were broken. So I need two of these. It does say 28C very faintly but I could be wrong.

Hey there. It looks like you may have the S380-29 or S378-29, depending on the shoe depth. See below. Double-check the stamp. If it indeed reads '28C', choose 2830 for the stamp option.
