Thanks for writing in. This looks a Pacific windows tilt latch. Pacific windows is no longer in business, but our 26-089P kit has been known to work as a replacement for this part. However, you will have to drill a small hole for the lower inside screw located at the top of the side of the window frame. Be careful not to damage the frame or glass while doing this. See what you think.
