I am looking for a Certainteed window latch, white vinyl. I need about 4 of them for two size windows. Do you have this product? How much does it cost? How do I take the old broken one to replace the new? and are there different sizes for different window size (I don't think so but I haven't measured).

We may have this, yes. Check out our 26-148, this appears very similar. To remove the old one, you will have to break it. These vent locks are not meant to be removed.
There are many different varieties of vent locks, though it's not always based on window size.

Slide a putty knife under the lip and force it out. With this method, you will break the old nite latch but not the window.
