I don't have the hardware that used to be on the window, but thought these items measured pretty close -- and the cover matches my memory of the part. It's possible these parts will fit, but I don't think they are the right ones. There is a need for a third piece; the piece the latch connects to in order to lock. Any ideas?

Reviewing all of your information and photo, we also do not believe that neither the 90-252 nor the 90-253 window latch assembly will work for you. Would you happen another similar window in the home that may already have a current lock installed? If so, please send us additional photos. If you do not, we would need for you to update us with the distance between the screw holes. Am I correct in assuming there is only one screw hole for the keeper on the top sash?
