window mechanism replacement

Question

I need to find the part# (please see attached pictures) to buy & replace it.  Its white operate handle and the two hands is one part (all connected together).  one side it has the words "truth" on it; the other side has "01/10/02 4 38"; and one hand has "41011"; the other has "31876"

Thanks for posting. This might be the 39-253LB or 39-438B Dual-Arm Operators. The only difference between these two operators is the appendage used at the end of the straight arm. See the video below. For a new cover and handle, see the 39-451 or 39-375, depending on the style you prefer.
