Just saw the YouTube video regarding the part from Caldwell. Here I have the pictures as attached: the lower bottom, upper part, and parts ID, length is 28.25", width is 0.5", and hope you can find out the right parts, so I don't have to remove the windows before I have the parts.

Hey there,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I am confident we can supply you with a replacement for the balances you have here but I'll need to see a photo of the balance removed from the window to confirm the correct replacement. I am looking to see photos of both the top and bottom attachments on the balance as well as the pulley system at the center of the balance (this is where the string and spring meet in the middle).

Here are the more pictures with the balancer sprint size 0.5"(W)x0.625"(H)x28"(L), windows size 34(W)x29(H), how to select option module for lift power like how many lb etc.
I also found the module is a little differ in upstairs vs downstairs.

Hi Fei,
Thanks for the photos. It appears you have the S350-28, which is assembled with a wingless top guide and a winged bottom shoe. If the balance from the other window has the same attachments, then you'll need the same exact balances to repair it.
While the stamp on the balance is slightly different, the most important information from it is the numbers. That said, you'll need the 2740 stamp option. This can support a sash weighing between 19 to 26lbs.
To replace the metal take out clip, you'll need the 16-002.
