window openner is broken

A home owner from Hillsborough, CA says:
Dear there,

I looked at your website, and found my window looks like casement window. Currently my window opener is broken (I can open the window, but cannot close it, the handle will be off when I close it. See the attached pictures. Could you please which parts I need to buy?

Thanks a lot!

Hi, Jon.

Depending on the length of the link arm, you could have either the 39-031 & 39-032 or the 39-155 & 39-156 operators. Review our dimensions and compare them to yours to see if one of these matches your original assembly.

A home owner from Hillsborough, CA says:
Thanks a lot for the reply! The short arm is ~4"7/16, and the part should be 39-031, should I also order a handle and a tool to open the wood on top of casement?

Emily from SWISCO responded:

Your old handle should be fully compatible with these operators so you don't have to buy a new one unless you want to. If you do, see our 39-205 folding handle.

And yes, you'll need a tool like our 75-081 prybar and 75-082 utility knife to remove your wood trim. Just note, our tools cannot be returned for a refund.
