window operator

Hello I believe that this is the entry guard operator, but not entirely sure, the arm is roughly 9" however I measured to the sill so the 10 3/4" to the center could be correct. please let me know,

Hello there!

You could have either the 39-031 & 39-032 or 39-155 & 39-156 operators. At first glance, these operators look identical but the only difference is the length of the link arm. Compare the pictures and dimensions to your old hardware to see what matches best.
