window operator

A from Rancho Palos Verdes California says:

Hello,

I am having trouble getting a replacement for a part that I have photos of - I thought it was the actual crank handles for the window but we believe it's the actual operator. When we crank the handle, the window opens, but it will not close. Please help!

Thank You!

Irene

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Hi Irene. It definitely sounds like you need a new operator. This looks like either our 39-253RB or 39-439B. The difference between these two types is outlined in the video below. In either case, you can use either the 39-452 or 39-376 for a new cover & handle.

A quick learner from Rancho Palos Verdes California says:

Hi Bob,

Thank you for the quick response. We are definitely ordering those parts!

Thanks Again!

Irene
