I believe I have a Crestline operator with 4054 stamped on the handle. The worm handle will not stay in the operator, looks like a little ridge that kept it in has disintegrated? I need the entire operator mechanism with handle

Thanks for posting. Yes, when the gear the handle connects to breaks down, the entire operator should be replaced. It looks like you have either the 39-031 and 39-032 dual-arm assembly, or the 39-155 and 39-156. The difference between these two sets of operators is the length of the link arm, as shown in the diagrams below. Compare both with your old mechanism to determine which set matches what you need. In either case, for new handles and covers, go with the 39-114L and 39-107 sold separately.
